This course focuses on integrating the mainstream concepts and principles of strategic management with analytical tools, techniques, and managerial tasks that are involved in strategy formulation and implementation. Students will be involved in learning through action by undertaking a managerial role in competition-based business strategy simulation and through the application of course content on real life strategic issues. 3 credits.
